Consequently, they are widely applicable in processes such as rough grinding, coarse grinding, cutting, semi-finish grinding, finish grinding, and polishing. Resin grinding tools feature high bonding strength, fast operating speed, and impact resistance, making them suitable for rough and coarse grinding operations. Their excellent toughness makes them ideal for cutting processes. With good elasticity and certain polishing capabilities, they are suitable for finish grinding and polishing operations. However, resin grinding tools have relatively low heat resistance and are prone to wear, making them appropriate for plane grinding and finish grinding operations.
